A Youth Group?

OK, so here is a question. I need to start a youth group but I have not idea how or where to start. There is currently one college age kid in the church and maybe a couple more could be pulled back in. This really needs to happen but since I have no experience in this area it is making it difficult. Any ideas as to where to start or how I could bring more youth into the church?
